High Efficiency Filters

Electronic air cleaners are one of the healthiest additions you can make to your home heating and cooling system. Every minute of the day your air cleaner is working hard for you by purifying the indoor air by taking it through four stages of filtration.

Some of the symptoms caused by indoor air pollutants can include:

  • Irritation of the eyes and skin
  • Irritation of the lungs
  • Discomfort in the nose and throat
  • Fatigue
  • Offensive odors
  • Asthma and allergic reactions

How Does An Electronic Air Cleaner Work?

They are designed to remove airborne contaminates through the principle of electrostatic precipitation. Through the friendly cleansing ions they treat your indoor air by:

  • Suppressing bacteria growth
  • Suppressing mold growth
  • Suppressing viruses
  • Reducing odors

What Are Airborne Contaminants?

Indoor air pollutants can be liquid or solid materials. Common indoor pollutants include pet dander, dust mites, fungal spores, molds and pollens.

Thermostats

As the world's leading manufacturer of thermostats, Honeywell has a proven history of reliability and value that we feel comfortable standing behind. In general, there are 2 types of thermostats available: Programmable and Non-Programmable.

Programmable Thermostats

A programmable thermostat can save you money on your utility bill - up to 33%, if used as directed. You set it up to adjust the temperature when you are away from home or asleep - when you don't necessarily need optimum comfort - and your HVAC equipment runs less.

Plus, your heating or cooling comes back to a comfort level automatically when you come home or wake up. All Honeywell Programmable Thermostats carry the EPA's Energy StarĀ® rating and are designed to be very easy to use.

Non-Programmable Thermostats

A non-programmable thermostat provides simple control of your heating and cooling system. Set it to the temperature you want and adjust it up or down as desired. Honeywell has manufactured non-programmable thermostats for over 100 years. Their T87 RoundĀ® Thermostat is one of the most recognized products in the world. It's even in the Smithsonian Institute for design excellence.

Choose from digital models with large, backlit screens that are easy to read and use, or non-digital models with simple adjustment and operation.

Germicidal Ultraviolet (UV) Light Systems

Molds. Bacteria. Yeasts. Viruses. These are naturally occurring contaminants that infiltrate every home and office on this planet.

Micro-organisms are living creatures that are so small a microscope is required to view them. HEPA air cleaners are efficient enough to capture many molds and bacteria. But the micro-organisms remain alive, continuing to grow and reproduce directly on the filtration media. Germicidal U/V light systems can significantly reduce the amount of viable airborne micro-organisms found in HVAC units.

Indoor air is generally not as clean as you think

Indoor air can be some of the poorest quality air we experience. When we leave our windows shut, air is constantly re circulated throughout our homes. Over time this air can become stagnant and bacteria, molds, yeasts, and viruses more concentrated. These concentrations can cause inflammation of mucous membranes, upper respiratory problems, and aggravate asthma and other breathing ailments. Germicidal U/V light systems assist in combating high levels of these micro-organism concentrations.

Could you benefit from healthier air? Yes. Poor indoor air quality is a problem that affects everyone. Individuals with weakened immune systems, allergies, and asthma benefit the most from improving air quality. Households with children or elderly individuals will also benefit from improved indoor air quality.
